Please read the following Terms of Use Agreement before uploading the content of your timeline chart to the BEEDOCS website. By clicking “agree,” you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement, which take effect immediately upon your first use of our site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, do not upload your timeline chart.

Registration

Free and voluntary registration with the BEEDOCS website is required to access your account. You alone are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your account information. Accepting these Terms of Use will automatically create a web account based on your BEEDOCS Timeline software registration e-mail and license key.

We ask that you carefully review our Privacy Policy to understand how any personal information we collect from you is used.

Your BEEDOCS Account

We reserve the right to amend, terminate, modify, or otherwise disable your account at our discretion and for any reason without notice to you. As a courtesy, we may choose to notify you prior to the deletion or suspension of your account. We also reserve the right to remove your uploaded content at any time. We strongly recommend that you maintain you own copies and backups of your content—you should not rely on BEEDOCS.com as a secure storage or backup for your materials. As a courtesy, we may attempt to contact you prior to removing any content.

Code of Conduct

Our website provides features that are available to its registered customers. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of registered customers, we require registered customers to follow this code of conduct. Failure to follow the code of conduct may lead to the termination of your account and the moderation or deletion of any content you upload or otherwise post to our website. You acknowledge that BEEDOCS does not prescreen content posted by our users, but we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to moderate or remove any uploaded content that does not comply with this code of conduct.

  • Offensive and profane content. Registered users are prohibited from posting any content that is unlawful, harmful, profane, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, harmful to minors, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive images, links, or other media that contains sexually explicit or excessively violent content.

  • Harassment. Registered users are expressly prohibited from harassing or threatening other users. Harassment includes, but is not limited to: insults, defamatory statements, statement’s invasive of another’s privacy, or the transmission or sharing of any content that may cause any individual or entity to experience ridicule, threat or discomfort.

  • Username selection. Usernames and other registration information may not infringe on any trademarks or dilute famous trademarks, and may not be improperly based on famous individuals or fictional characters. Registered users may not choose a username that belongs to another user.

  • Copyright Infringement and Proprietary Rights. Registered users are expressly prohibited from posting, uploading, or sharing any material that infringes on the copyrights or proprietary rights of any other individual or entity. For purposes of these Terms of Use, proprietary rights include, but are not limited to, trademarks, trade secrets, confidential information, or information subject to a non-disclosure agreement. We will terminate the accounts of repeat offenders of this policy.

Users are requested to notify us of any breaches to this code of conduct. BEEDOCS' failure to enforce any part of our code of conduct does not constitute a waiver of any portion of this code of conduct.

Copyright

BEEDOCS is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from any materials posted, shared, uploaded or otherwise transmitted on the BEEDOCS Website, including user generated content or other third party content.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and request that our users do the same. If you believe that your copyrights are being violated by materials found on the BEEDOCS Website, please contact us. We will investigate your claims and, if appropriate, modify or remove the allegedly infringing material. We require the following information before we are able to investigate your claim:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright;

  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed;

  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located or identified on the website, including a verifiable link to the material;

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

  5. A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and is not a permissible “fair use” of your work; and

  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information submitted to us is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If you are a content owner and believe we are using or displaying your content without permission, please follow the copyright claims procedures above.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Although we seek to update and keep accurate the content contained on the website as much as possible, some errors and/or omissions may occur.

Indemnity

Your use of the website means you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEEDOCS, its affiliates, members, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, claims, fines, penalties, costs and fees, resulting from any content you or anyone acting under your password or user name submit, post, transmit or make available on the website and/or your use of the BEEDOCS Website or any alleged violation by you of these Terms of Use.

Dispute Resolution Policy

You agree to follow our dispute resolution policy as set forth below in connection with any potential claims or disputes arising from your use of the BEEDOCS Website:

  • Informal Negotiations. Parties to a dispute concerning this Agreement or the use of the BEEDOCS Website will attempt to informally negotiate settlement or resolution of the dispute.

  • Binding Arbitration. If informal negotiations are unsuccessful or unavailable to the Parties for any reason, the Parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in King County, Washington.

Miscellaneous Provisions

  • Domicile of the BEEDOCS Website. The BEEDOCS Website is controlled, owned, and operated in the state of Washington. If you access the BEEDOCS Website from any other location in the world, you do so at your own risk. You alone are responsible for the compliance of your own jurisdiction’s laws and regulations.

  • Jurisdiction and Choice of Law. The validity, interpretation, and performance of these Terms of Use are governed and controlled by the laws and regulations of the state of Washington. In the event of any dispute, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of King County, Washington.

  • Severability. If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid by any competent Court of Law, the invalidity will not affect other provisions or applications of these Terms & Conditions that can be given effect without the invalid portion.

  • Notification of Changes to this Agreement. BEEDOCS may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you about material changes to our Terms of Use by sending a notice to the email address you provided to us or by placing a prominent notice on our website. Please be aware that BEEDOCS is not liable for failure of notification in the event that the contact information provided by you is incorrect, outdated, or inactive.

  • Prior Versions. These Terms of Use, including the website’s Privacy Policy, constitute the full understanding of your agreement with us. Any prior versions of this document have no effect on these Terms of Use.

  • Assignment. BEEDOCS reserves the right to assign the Terms of Use, including the website’s Privacy Policy, to any third party at our sole discretion by acquisition of the BEEDOCS Website or company, or by merger.
